Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any Services offered by nemo4d. This is a strict requirement and reflects the legal adult age for gambling activities applicable in the Indonesian market context. We enforce this limit through mandatory KYC verification (see Clause 4). Any account where a user is found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings derived from play during that period will be forfeited.

2.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute, you are not eligible to use our Services. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether your access is lawful in your location.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) nemo4d Account. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under your own identity or another identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact support rather than creating a new account.

2.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, directors, and immediate family members of nemo4d and its technology or payment providers are not eligible to participate in the Services in any capacity.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To use the Services, you must complete the registration form, providing accurate, complete, and current information. Required fields include: full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current throughout the life of your Account.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. nemo4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized or unauthorized — is your responsibility until you notify us of a suspected breach. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. nemo4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Failure to produce satisfactory proof within a reasonable period (typically 72 hours of request) will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. nemo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Where an Account is closed for breach, remaining balances will be handled in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement. All Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. We may also require verification before processing deposits exceeding certain thresholds. KYC is a legal compliance measure, not optional, and the same standard applies to all Players regardless of account tier.

4.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear, colour photograph of your Indonesian National Identification Card (KTP Nasional) showing all printed details; (b) proof of residential address — a utility bill, official bank statement, or government letter dated within the previous 90 days; and (c) a live selfie verification image showing you holding your ID card beside your face. All documents must be in colour, fully legible, unobstructed, and unedited.

4.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 hours. Complex cases or submissions with incomplete documentation may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your Account is verified. During peak periods — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or other major public holidays — processing may take longer.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. For high-value accounts or in cases of unusual activity, nemo4d may require additional documentation, including proof of income source, bank statements, or further identity evidence. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure aligned with international best practice.

4.5 Data Handling. All identity documents submitted for KYC are encrypted, stored on secure servers, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for compliance purposes and are never shared with third-party marketers.

Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods. nemo4d accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on nemo4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit in IDR is the amount credited to your Real Money Balance. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to payment provider processing rules. nemo4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider in processing deposit instructions.

5.4 Processing Speed. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds. In rare cases involving manual banking verification, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared within 60 minutes, contact our support team with your proof of transfer.

5.5 Deposit Limits. You may set voluntary daily, weekly, or mon thly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings. Once set, a limit decrease takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation. These limits are designed to support responsible gaming and we encourage all Players to use them proactively.

Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) and whose Account is in good standing. Real Money Balance is freely withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum amount and processing rules below. Bonus Balance must first meet applicable wagering requirements before it converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which your most recent deposit was made, subject to the method being available for outbound transfers. If your preferred withdrawal method is unavailable, our support team will assist you with an alternative. Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will be rejected and the funds will remain in your Account Balance.

6.4 Processing Time. nemo4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using standard local bank transfers or e-wallets. In cases requiring additional compliance review, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside Indonesian banking hours (typically after 21:00 WIB) may be queued for next-business-day processing by the receiving institution.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. nemo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large, the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, or unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not a reflection on the Player's standing.

6.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated dormant. We will attempt to contact you via your registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormant Account policies are set out in our internal Fair Use policy available on request from support.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by nemo4d are subject to these general terms and any additional terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence. nemo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Accounts in good standing.

7.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the nemo4d welcome bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The maximum bonus amount, qualifying deposit range, eligible games, and wagering requirement multiplier are stated on the promotion page. Welcome bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The Bonus Balance must be wagered the stated number of times in eligible game categories before it becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on games outside the eligible categories, or placed with odds below the stated minimum (where applicable for sportsbook bonuses), do not contribute to the wagering requirement. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — typically 100% for slots, 20–50% for live casino, and 10–25% for sports betting depending on the promotion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. nemo4d actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine exposure; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; coordinating with other users to exploit promotions; or any other strategy that nemo4d reasonably determines exploits a promotion in a manner contrary to its spirit. Where bonus abuse is identified, nemo4d reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.

7.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account without compensation. Expiry periods are clearly stated on each promotion page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Conduct. All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — selection, stake amount, and market type — are correct before confirming. nemo4d will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of Player error except in cases of a demonstrable technical fault on our side.

8.2 Sports Betting. nemo4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sports popular with Indonesian audiences, including BRI Liga 1 (Indonesia's domestic football league featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and major international competitions including FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup (Piala AFF). We also offer Asian Handicap markets — commonly referred to as voor bola (a handicap betting format popular in Indonesia) — and mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections into a single high-return wager). Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement.

8.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered where technically available. Live odds change dynamically and a bet is accepted only at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. In cases of obvious pricing error or system delay, nemo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Live streaming availability depends on broadcast rights and may not be available for all events.

8.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot machines use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. nemo4d does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage displayed for each game represents a long-term statistical average across millions of game rounds and is not a guarantee of short-term returns. Each spin or hand is an independent event.

8.5 Togel Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw schedules and payout structures are published on the relevant game page. Draw results are determined by official number draws. nemo4d does not control draw outcomes and publishes results as provided by the relevant draw authority. Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

8.6 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of the event or game round. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review. nemo4d's decision on disputed outcomes, following investigation, is final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 Our Commitment. nemo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of self-management tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge in the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings and can be activated at any time without requiring support assistance.

9.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Decreases apply immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single play session. Automatic logout is enforced when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes displaying your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account. Options range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early under any circumstances.
• Self-Assessment Quiz: A confidential, clinically-based questionnaire to help you assess whether your gaming behaviour shows signs of concern.

9.3 Age Protection. nemo4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players are encouraged to install parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed our Platform, contact support immediately at [email protected].

9.4 Getting Help. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, we urge you to seek professional help. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nemo4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any collusion designed to corrupt the integrity of a competition or game.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities for any purpose.
• Impersonating another person, using fraudulent identity documents, or providing any false information to nemo4d or its verification partners.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform software. Any such issue discovered must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nemo4d staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Services.

Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the nemo4d Platform — including but not limited to software code, database structures, website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of nemo4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of nemo4d.

11.3 The nemo4d name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is prohibited without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nemo4d, its officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12.2 nemo4d provides the Platform and its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, government action, network outages, and pandemic conditions) may temporarily affect availability.

12.3 In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous crediting of winnings, nemo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust Account balances to their correct states. Where this adjustment results in a negative impact on a Player's balance, we will provide reasonable prior notice and an explanation.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Privacy & Data

13.1 nemo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

13.2 We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, Indonesian National ID information, payment details, IP address, device information, and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

13.3 nemo4d uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs secure, access-controlled servers for data at rest. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nemo4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing jurisdiction.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nemo4d with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Amendments

15.1 nemo4d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and contact support to request Account closure. Funds in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal rules in effect at that time.

15.3 The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
